Custom AI Agents and Automation for Salesforce

Most Salesforce problems aren't Salesforce problems — they're the manual work happening around it. We build agents that close that gap without adding to your Apex debt.

Salesforce will model almost anything you ask it to. The cost shows up later: every new rule is another Flow, another trigger, another piece of Apex somebody has to maintain, and the genuinely judgment-heavy work — qualifying a lead, chasing a stalled opportunity, reconciling what the CRM says against what billing says — still lands on a person.

Crystal AI builds that layer outside your org and connects through the Salesforce API. The agent handles the reasoning and the busywork; Salesforce stays the system of record. You get the automation without another five hundred lines of Apex to inherit, and without bumping into governor limits every time the logic gets more ambitious.

What we automate on Salesforce

Lead routing and enrichment that uses judgment

An agent researches inbound leads, scores them against your real qualification criteria rather than a picklist, assigns the owner, and writes a briefing onto the record — so reps get context instead of a round-robin assignment.

Opportunity hygiene and forecast integrity

Stalled opportunities, missing next steps, close dates that have quietly slipped — the agent finds them, fixes what it safely can, and escalates the rest with context so the forecast reflects reality.

Quote and approval preparation

First-draft quotes and approval packets assembled from opportunity data and routed through your existing approval process, with a human signing off before anything reaches a customer.

Cross-system sync with billing and ERP

Keeps Salesforce agreeing with the systems downstream of it — billing, ERP, finance — so nobody spends month-end reconciling two sources of truth by hand.

What you get

How we build it

We build against the Salesforce REST and Bulk APIs using a connected app with least-privilege scopes, and we develop against a sandbox before anything touches production. Keeping the logic outside your org matters here: it means the work isn't subject to Apex governor limits, doesn't require a security review to ship, and doesn't become another piece of org customisation that a future admin has to reverse-engineer. Where something genuinely belongs in Salesforce, we say so and build it there instead. Most first builds go live in two to four weeks, with full source code and documentation at handover.

Frequently asked questions

For deterministic, record-level rules, Flow is the right tool and we'll tell you so. Agents earn their place where the step needs judgment — reading a company's site, weighing whether a lead is a fit, writing a follow-up. That work doesn't belong in Apex, and building it there means governor limits, deployment overhead, and org customisation somebody inherits.

No, because the logic runs outside your org. We use the REST and Bulk APIs with batching and back-off, so heavy processing happens on our side and Salesforce only sees efficient, well-formed calls.

Always. Nothing is built directly against production. We develop and test in a sandbox, walk you through it, and only then promote — with a rollback path defined before we deploy.

You do. Full source code, documentation, and credentials are yours at handover, with no lock-in to Crystal AI.
